Shenzhen Huayuan Micro Electronic Technology Co.,Ltd., a private high-tech company located in Shenzhen, belongs to Beijing Zhongxun Sifang Secience & Technology Co.,Ltd., which is the only listed enterprise that research ,develop and produce SAW components.
Our company mainly produces SAW filters, SAW resonators and SAW device modules. We own domestic leading wafer processing production line and fully automated SAW device production line, which have a 0.35um size chip processing technology and a minimum size of 1.4*1.1mmsurface mount technology. We also independently research,develop and produce high frequency SAW devices闂備焦瀵х粙鎴︻敇缂嶇磭ing a frequency range from 30Mhz to 2900Mhz.Our company has developed deep cooperation relationship with Harbin Institute of Technology and ShenzhenUniversity in the R&D field.
