United Data Industries is a major international ISO 9001:2000-certified supplier of CNC precision machining and plastic injection molding parts. The CNC machining uses lead and unleaded brass, bronze, aluminum and stainless steel which were formed by forging, die-casting, investment casting. The plastic injection molding parts can be made by vertical and horizontal presses from 100 to 800 tons.
Quality control
To further upgrade our products quality, our QA/QC department provides sample evaluation report, IPQC (In Process Quality Control) and final inspection criteria report for any cases. We test for quality at all production stages in our ISO 9001:2000-certified Taiwan factory. We also provide the PPAP (Production Parts Approval Process) to any projects which customer request.
