Supplier to IBM and Hitachi
Chang Po is an expert manufacturer of precision machined metal parts including brackets, gears, shafts and screws. We follow strict manufacturing procedures to ensure precision in our laser cutting, milling, drilling, tapping, turning, grinding and lapping processes. Our use of high-grade machines and materials, combined with our attention to detail in all production processes, has enabled us to become an official supplier to major international buyers such as IBM, ICE, Hitachi, and GBC-Bates.
Premium-grade materials and machinery
We import our stainless steel, alloy, aluminum, delrin? and Teflon? only from select suppliers in Taiwan, Germany, Japan and the US. All these raw materials are tested before initial production to doubly ensure quality. Chang Po production machinery is top-notch as well - imported from premier makers in Japan and Germany.
But just because we have superior materials and production doesn't mean we're not serious about QC. Once manufacturing starts, items are inspected at each production stage. 50% of all batches are randomly selected for testing before packaging.
