Hebei Chengda Pipes Co., Ltd. is an enterprise specialized in the research, design, production and sales of pressure vessel, HDPE pipe, steel-plastic composite (PE/EP) pipe; glass fiber reinforced plastic (GRP) containers and pipes and so on. Located in No. 666 Yuhua East Street, Zaoqiang County, Hebei province, founded in 1976, Chengda FRP Co., Ltd was reorganized into a limited liability company in 1997 with registered capital of RMB 61.66 million Yuan, covering an area of 151,420 square meters. Our current staff group includes 720 employees, 20 senior engineers and technicians, 52 intermediate engineers and technicians and 88 Junior technicians, of which we have employed 6 state-level technical experts. Chengda has established long-term cooperation mechanism with research institutes and also has formed a diversified industry chain of technology innovation, scientific management, R&D, production and sales. Our product scope covers polyethylene (HDPE) pipe, steel-plastic composite (PE/EP) steel pipe, steel mesh skeleton PE pipes, containers, WINDER membrane shells and other series of products. Chengda has 6 PE pipe production lines, 2 coating composite pipe production lines as well as 12 fiberglass production lines which can meet the needs of coal mining industries, natural gas, electricity, municipal construction and public facilities with all kinds of pipes and fiberglass products. The application fields: tube and pipes used by coal mining underground gas pumping and emission, water supply and drainage, positive and negative pressure ventilation, gas and firefighting; water supply and drainage, drinking water, sewage treatment, agricultural irrigation systems, and water softening equipments customized for Midea, cooling towers, fans, air-conditioning terminal products, pultrusion and molding products. Diversifications and wide range of applications make Chengda possess good industrial base and competitive advantages in both domestic and overseas market. Chengda has obtained "Mining Product Safety Certification Mark", "Special Equipment Manufacturing License (Pressure Piping Components)", "National Industrial Production Permit (Dangerous Chemicals Packaging FRP Containers)", and "National Industrial Production Permit (FRP Water Supply and Drainage) ", and has gained certificate of ISO9001, ISO14001 and OHSAS18000.
