Product Description
We provide total solution for AAC plant. Autoclaved aerated concrete (also shorted as AAC) plant is designed to manufacture aerated concrete blocks used as building material. The AAC Blocks are made to aerate by creating a reaction between Silica in base materials as Fly Ash, Lime and Aluminum Powder, which provide great fire resistant compressive strength, dimension accuracy, and thermal insulation nature.

AAC block production line
A full AAC block production line includes belt conveyor, batching machine, roller screen, grinding head silo, wet ball mill, jaw crusher, dust catcher, bucker elevator, silo for coarse lime, dry ball mill, silo for fine lime, cement silo, screw conveyor, slurry storage tank, weighing hopper for slurry, weighing hopper for lime and cement, ferry cart, turning crane, vertical cutting machine, horizontal cutting machine, turning & grouping crane, curing cart, AUTOCLAVE, finished product crane, block clamping machine, winch for side plate return.

Autoclave for AAC plant
Autoclave is a large pressure vessels used for steaming aerated concrete, sand-lime, fly ash brick or standard brick, the autoclave complete the hydrothermal reaction of CaO-SiO2-H2O. In the AAC block production line, the Hardness of AAC Block is being achieved by instant curing mechanism by Autoclaving.
According to user requirements, our company can also design and manufacture of various forms of autoclave for AAC plant in order to meet the needs of the user a variety of purposes, such as high-strength gypsum, insulation materials, rubber, high-strength glass, cement, pipe piles and timber, pharmaceutical, chemical and other industries.
