Description
Acid Cellulase UTA-9 is Highly concentrated liquid cellulase, produced by submerged fermentation with a proprietary technology. It can be used to make products with different activity by dilution. It is widely used for removing fuzz and polishing of fabrics made of cotton, ramie, rayon and their blended fabrics.As a highly concentrated cellulase, the most important merit of the product is that it can remove the fuzz ends of the treated fabric effectively and quickly in very short time with minimum color change. The use of the product can significantly reduce pilling, soften fabric, and provide a bright and smooth appearance.
Application Conditions
Dose: 0.5～1.0% (on weight of treated fabrics, adjust according to the treated material and specific requirements)
Liquid ratio: 5～15
Temperature: 45～55℃
Time: 10～30 min (adjust according to the treated material and specific requirements)
pH: 4.5-5.0, optimal pH is 4.5-4.8. If not in the range, please adjust it with acetic acid or sodium acetate. When use Acidic Cellulase UTA-9 together with other chemicals one needs to have a compatibility test to assure that the chemicals don’t affect enzymatic activity.
