Description
Aluminium hydraulic pipe clamps & tube clamps according to German standard DIN 3015:
1) Size range:
Hydraulic aluminum pipe clamp is available for tube / pipe size O.D. 6mm -508mm
2) Structure:
Assembly of the most popular type of aluminum pipe clamps including cover plate, welded base plate (elongated plate available), aluminum clamp bodies (2), high strength bolts (2).
We also supply other structure as below:
Rail nut aluminum pipe clamps (L-G9 series) : cover plate + aluminum clamp body(2)+ bolts(2) + rail nuts(2), installed on steel channels or rails.
Stackalbe aluminum pipe clamps (L-G13) available (max. 5 layers): Stackable Bolts + aluminum pipe clamp body + safety locking plates.
3) Materials:
Cover Plate: Galvanized Carbon steel(mild steel) / stainless steel(304/316)
Welded Plate: Galvanized Carbon steel / stainless steel (304/316)
Bolts: Galvanized carbon steel / stainless steel (304/316)
Clamp Body: Aluminum(AL)
4) Working Temperature:
Alu. for high temperature up to 500 C degrees application.
5) Main types:
There are three types of aluminum pipe clamps as below:
1. Standard series stauff pipe clamps / tube clamps with Aluminum clamp body which is light aluminum pipe clamp;
2. Heavy duty pipe clamps with aluminum clamp body as heavy duty aluminum pipe clamps;
3. Double pipe clamps / twin pipe clamps with aluminum clamp body which are twin aluminum pipe clamps.
6) Application:
Aluminum pipe clamp is suitable for installation and fastening of oil, liquid and gas pipe /tube and hydraulic tubing in the hydraulic system in different areas.
