Double pipe clamp is designed as a construction kit for the installation of pipes, tubes, hoses, cables and other flexible or rigid components with the most common metric and imperial
outside diameters from 6 mm to 42 mm / .24 inch to 1.65 inch. This kind of pipe clamp is with two holes on one clamp, which can hold two pieces of pipes in parallel.

Clamp bodies manufactured from various plastics and thermoplastics. Excellent UV, weathering and chemical resistance –
even under extreme conditions.

1)Clamp body:
? Clamp bodies with profiled inside surface and tension clearance
? To be used as fixed point clamp preventing the line from sliding
? Clearance between the clamp halves provides tension of the tube or pipe
? Vibration/noise reducing and impact absorbing effect towards the direction
of the line provided by the grooves on the inside

2)Mounting metal hardware
Pipe clamps Installation on weld plates, mounting and channel rails as well as multi-level (stacking) installation.
With different assembly mounting hardware including: Cover plate, weld plate, bolts, rail nuts, channel rails, safety locking plate, stacking bolts.

3)Material:
Mounting metal hardware: Galvanized carbon steel / stainless steel(304/316)
Clamp Body: Polyamide(PA) /Polypropylene(PP) / Aluminum(AL)

This product is suitable for oil, liquid and gas pipe / tube, and hydraulic tubing installation and fastening in the hydraulic system in different areas such as Marine Hydraulics, Industrial Hydraulics, metallurgy, construction machinery, petroleum industry, chemical industry, ship building, power station and so on.
