Specification of Alex Series (Cutting&Nesting)
It has CAD-2D Shoe Design Grading System (Six Operational Modules of Software)
A.Acquisition Module: Input the sample pattern to software from digital board or scanner.Draw the basic lines;
A.Project Module: Main Functions: Revise the acquisition pictures and files,data reasoing,lines selection, lines extension,mirror process,position design.According to the actual situation,it can choose the tool orders in the tool columns to process.
C. Extraction Modules of Cutting Pieces: It can classify the sample patterns from the engineer module,for example: ague,plastic grid,cloth grid and so on ,then store automatically.
D. Grading Modules: According to the acquired sample patterns,partly fix the unnecessary grading sizes,then grading base on the specific requirements.(Such as UK SIZE,US SIZE,FR SIZE).
E. Nesting Module: Nesting in the computer manually or automatically.
F.Consumptive Material: Caculate the consumptive material b nesting state and generate to files for management.

A. Each operational modules has its own operational column,we can choose tools according to icons,Intuitive,easy to learn.
B. Creat a standard size pattern and grading,modify the standard size pattern with the other patterns at the same time.Saving pattern`s modification time.
C. By conversion processin in DXF,our 2D grading software is compatible with the current famous software in the same field.
