Description

This kit uses indirect-competition method mainly based on the immunological reaction between specific
antigen and antibody. Chlorpromazine specific antigen coated on microtiter plates competes binding sites
of enzyme-labeled Chlorpromazine specific antibody with added calibrator (or sample). With TMB
chromogenic substrate, the absorbance value was negatively correlated with residues of Chlorpromazine.
Under the calibration curve, Chlorpromazine content of the sample can be quantified multiplied by the
corresponding compare dilution.
