Sulfa(15 in 1) ELISA Diagnostic Kit
Sulfa drugs are a class of synthetic antibacterial drugs. Long-term use can cause damage

This kit uses indirect-competition method mainly based on the immunological reaction
between specific antigen and antibody. Sulfa specific antigen coated on microtiter plates
competes binding sites of enzyme-labeled Sulfa specific antibody with added calibrator
(or sample).With TMB chromogenic substrate,the absorbance value was negatively
correlated with residues of Sulfa. Under the calibration curve, Sulfa content of the sample
can be quantified multiplied by the corresponding compare dilution.
