AMOZ ELISA Diagnostic Kit
Furaltadone (AMOZ) has a very good antibacterial activity. It has been widely used as poultry, fish
and other growth-promoting additives. However AMOZ occur cancer and genetic mutations so that
it’s prohibited the use in the animal treatment and feed. AMOZ ELISA kits utilizing the latest biotech

This kit uses indirect-competition method mainly based on the immunological reaction between
specific antigen and antibody. AMOZ specific antigen coated on microtiter plates competes binding
sites of enzyme-abeled AMOZ specific antibody with added calibrator (or sample). With TMB chrom-
ogenic substrate, the absorbance value was negatively correlated with residues of AMOZ. Under the
calibration curve, AMOZ content of the sample can be quantified multiplied by the corresponding
compare dilution.
