Description
PTFE powder is mainly used in engineering plastic modification, such as polyamide (PA), polyacetal (POM), polycarbonate (PC) etc., adding 5-10% or even higher PTFE powder (specific add amount depending on the application domain) into engineering plastic modification, which mainly improves the wear resistance, aging resistance and lubricity of engineering plastic, used more in automotive components.
The molecular number of PTFE powder is only 1% of the general PTFE which not only maintains the excellent performance of the original, but also has high crystallinity dispersion, and easy to be uniformly mixed with other materials. It is widely used in the synthesis material modification, and can significantly improve the lubricity, wear resistance, non-adhesive and fire retardant of the substrate. Also can be applied to plastic processing modified plastics, modified resin, PTFE cable; senior non-stick coating, high corrosion fluorine coating in coating industry; printer ink jet powder in printing ink; transmission machinery senior lubricating oil and high load low velocity grease; roller non-stick coating in textile industry; military special material and high value-added products, etc.
3. Attention
1. Particle size of PTFE powder is small, the surface area is large, easy to absorb moisture, should avoid to be pressed and damped before using PTFE powder.
2. The product must be processed below 300 degrees, so as not to be discomposed.
3. In order to maintain the good dispersion of this product, it is necessary to prevent the powder bonding.
4. This product adopts polyethylene plastic sealed packaging, and put in the hard round paper barrel, net weight 25KG per barrel.
