C 0.70-1.20% Mn 0.60-1.20%, Si 0.40-1.20%.
Hardness:
Steel shot: 40-60HRC
Steel grit: 42-66HRC
Density:
Steel shot: 7.4g/cucm
Steel grit: 7.6g/cucm
Microstructure: Tempered Martensite
Long lasting Ervin life: Cast steel shot and grit: 2000 cycles;
Steel cut wire shot: 2800 cycles.
