Description
Double column Vertical Lathe machine is particularly suitable for processing motor cover, wheels, brake hub, and other minor categories, pump, disc-type parts in a variety of species, small batch. Vertical lathe can be used in automobile equipments, construction machinery, electrical and other industries parts machining.
1 Easy to clamping workpiece,suitable for good precision machining disk type parts of complex shape.
2 Table and table base adopts whole casting thermal symmetric structure, guide rail is made of wear-resistant heat-resistant alloy, in order to ensure the machine with high precision and enough stiffness, strength and thermal stability.
3 Column adopts closed gantry framework structure, calculated by finite element analysis.
