Water Treatment
Description
Working principle: Impurities are blocked by filter screen when water pass, which may increased on the screen with time lasting out. When the impurities accumulate to certain degree, the pressure difference between the entrance and the outlet reaches set value i.e.0.05MPa,the installation enters backflushing mode, and differential pressure switch sends signal to PLC controller, which starts booster pump and opens sewage value. The impurities on the screen may be brushed off by rotated brushes and discharged through sewage outlet. When the pressure difference lowers down to the minimum, backflushing ends and the system restores to original filtering mode and waits for next backflushing. In case of backflushing, filtering keeps running and only less amount of water is used for backflushing, which makes online cleaning possible.
Features: Fully automatic: filtering and backflushing of this installation are controlled by PLC and without manual intervention, which realizes fully automatic running. In case there is any change of suspended articles in water, the installation may fit for it automatically.
Online backflushing: the filtering will go on at the time of backflushing. Less less amount of water is used for backflushing, and the most of is sent to function points.
Less consumption of water for backflishing: Special structure for backflushing ensures perfect cleaning performance. Backflushing spends only about 2 mins and water consumption for it is less.
Easy installation and maintenance: with compact structure, it covers less area with small volume, meanwhile owns advantages on cost saving, easy installation and maintenance.
Wide useage: this installation will be competence for filtering of water for industrial use, sewage, sueface water and well water, etc.
