1. Variety
Tang Dynasty Mould Co., Ltd is capable of manufacturing various kinds of plastic box Moulds, including Food container mould fresh keeping box mould, packing box mould, food container mould, box mould, medication box mould and etc.

2. No. of Cavity
We have ability to make multi-cavity box injection mould. In general, the No. of cavity is one cavity, two cavities, four cavities, six cavities, eight cavities and so on. If the size of plastic box is not so large, the No. of cavity can be up to 24.
Our technology team will help customers choose most reasonable number of cavity according to customer’s machine

3. Steel
Mould steel :P20.718.S136, NAK80,H13 and etc. All the steels are from famous manufactures at home and abroad.

Abroad Suppliers: Switzerland ASSAB, German SAARS TAHL, Japan DAIDOU, Austria BOHLER, America FKL and etc.
Home Suppliers: Bao Steel, Fushun Steel, Great Wall Steel and etc.

We can use BeCu to make moulds for special requirement..

4. Heat Treatment and HRC
We commission professional company for heating processing. Different technologies are employed in different components and steels to assure better polish and long usage

The mould components can have the HRC60 after treatment.

5. Hot Runner System
Hot runner system are widely used in plastic moulds, which contributes to higher efficiency and quality of products, meanwhile , which reduces material consumption and labor force .

According to customer’ requirement, Plastic Box Mould can be employed hot runner system, like HUSKY.MASTER.YUDO.SYNVENTIVE and etc. In addition, we suggest reliable hot runner system (made in China) to you on more cost effective of plastic box mould.

6. Processing
All components are processing by CNC lathes.

7. Mould Shots
Plastic box mould shots can reach at least 1million with good steel, reasonable heat treatment and precise processing. For more shots mould, we have ability to manufacture the mould with 300 million shots guarantee
