Overview：
ZRD-450 is high fatty acid sodium soaps, for wet drawing (drawing water tank), the lubricant is formulated at a concentration of 0.5% to 0.6%, according to the wire drawing conditions, the level of concentration can be adjusted. For the first preparation, hot wate at 60-70 ℃ is available, according to the rate of 1: 8, after a paste, pour into the water tank or lubricating fluid circulating pool. And the dry powder can be added into actuated water tank when you are drawing the wire.
Some foam may appear at the beginning, but after 1-2 shifts, the foam disappeared into a certain viscosity of lubricating fluid. Long-term shutdown of the machine , due to the growth of anaerobic bacteria, lubricating fluid may turn black and stank, then you can boot and mix, and the color and odor will disappear after aeration, does not affect the use of lubricating fluid. It’s better that the water tank wire drawing will form a light gray, so the mould’s working time can be prolonged and the production efficiency can be improved. If there are scratch on the surface of the wire it’s necessary to check the concentration of the wire and the mould condition.
