This series of products are high-tech products produced with advanced technology imported from abroad, applicable to quantitative feeding of powdery and granular materials, widely used in cement, new building materials, metallurgy, medicine, chemicals, grain and other industries.

Main features:
1. Sealed system;
2. Varying diameter and pitch screw, stable filling coefficient, material uniform device enable instantaneous feeding to be continuous, stable, uniform and high accuracy. Star-shape discharge valve or precision vibration feeder can also be used as the feeding device;
3. As for the materials of poor flow characteristic or bulging-easy material, agitator can be located at the end of the warehouse to activating materials, make the material flow smoothly. If necessary, air loosen system should be added, so that gas film formed between warehouse and materials to avoid material bonding;
4. Load cell of high-impedance, high-sensitivity and high-resolution has long-term stability and good anti-fatigue properties, which can be used for precise quantitative feeding of small flow with a high resolution display control instrument;
5. For precise feeding of small flowing materials, special precision screw, vibration and impeller disk feeder can be used. Our technicians have got much experience. For special materials, depending on their flow characteristic, test should be carried on in the laboratory, according to the experiment data, then the best technical plan will be made in order to satisfy our clients;
