1, Description
This series of product is of high-tech introducing the foreign advanced technology, applicable to powdery, granular materials for quantitative feeding. Widely used in cement, new building materials, metallurgy, medicine, chemicals, food and other industries.

2, Main features
A．Sealed system
B．Screw of adjustable variable thread pitch, coefficient stability filling with both device to enable instantaneous feeding continuous, stable, homogeneous and with high accuracy. Format feeder or sophisticated vibration feeder can also be used as the feeding device
C．As for the materials of poor flow characteristic or vulnerable bulging, agitator can be located at the end of the warehouse, activating materials to flow smoothly. If necessary, air transportation system should be set up, so that the wall between warehouse and materials can avoid material bonding
D．Load cells of high-impedance, high-sensitivity, long-term stability and good anti-fatigue properties, with a high-resolution display instrument control and it can be used for precise quantitative small flow feeding
E．For precise feeding of small flowing materials, special screw, vibrator and impeller disk feeder can be used. And our technicians have got so much experience. For special materials, depending on their flow characteristic, test should be carried on in the laboratory, according to the experiment data, then the best technical plan will be made in order to satisfy our clients.

3, Working principle
Screw scale is weighing cantilever structured. While material is forwarded in the screw, gravimetric signal and speed signal are sent to the instrument for calculating. PID controlling signal of the instrument can regulate the feeding rate in order to reach the flow requirements.
All-sealed structure and its unique fulcrum structure can make high accuracy and good sealed performance while working on high granularity.
