Description

The machine takes in the new design and advanced techniques from other makers of the world, based on the JF-1100B type batch expander.
1. The size (height, diameter) is increased, the EPS beads in it can go bigger, faster, result in powerful following expanding.
2. Having air-tight, hot air-drying system in expanding bucket (patent of China), temperature can reach in 75o, making the EPS raw materials more dry, resulting in the density of foam can be up to 11kg/m3, making forming quickly, especially it cut down the fluidized bed.
