This wall panel forming machine is suitable for manufacturing colored steel wall panel. Its main components are decoiler, roll former, cutter, hydraulic pump station, product stable, and control cabinet, etc. The normal material thickness is roll coating with 0.3-0.8mm, and its forming width is equal to or less than 1250mm.
The specific wall panel profile can be designed and made in line with customers’ specific requirements.
Properties:
This machine is fully automatically controlled by PLC, and operated by touch screen. And it has high speed forming process and makes little noise. The equipment adopts welded frame of high strength. After fine finish, forming rollers get heat treatment before chromeplate. So this equipment has features of stable performance and long service life.
Maintenance and Lubrication:
Users have to regularly do lubrication for chains of chainwheel, bearings and speed reducer, etc. And the forming rollers should be kept clean.
