Diamond or CBN vitrified bond wheels are making important role on today grinding and polishing, especially for nature diamond, sapphire, gemstones and super hard steel.
Ceramic bond is very efficient on work piece in processing and dressing performance.

Vitrified products have the feature of sharp cutting, high efficiency, long life, less heat and jam generated in grinding, easy contral of the precision and easy dressing.
Our institute is able to privide vitrifided superprasive grinding wheel according to the standard GB/T6409.2-1996. The diamond range is Ф 8~750mm; the grit size range is 60/70~W3.5.We can alse design and make nonstandard grinding wheel according to customers’ requirement.

Vitrified diamond products: Mainly used for maching tungsten,PCD PCBN, ceramic, cermet,etc
Vitrified CBN products: Mainly used for maching cast iron(alloy cast iron, chilled cast iron, nodular cast iron,etc.),steel(45#55#20Cr,etc.).
