Description
The automatic core winding machine is the most advanced, and it is suitable for amorphous and nanocrystalline ribbon (strip) to wind. The winding, cutting, welding of inner and outer ring are done automatically. It adopts non-contact feeding ways, which effectively prevents the ribbon (strip) breakage in the winding process. It adopts fixed-size mode of production that the inner diameter is fixed but outer diameter is adjustable. The weight of cores is same, and the magnet performance is excellent after sintering. The machine is easy to operate and maintain by advanced automation technology with the imported pneumatic components. A workman can operate five or six machines. After the actual application, the various functions of the machine have already matured.
