# Fix the bending position and keep the rebar straight and no slope.
# Choose a proper work position for easy operation.
# Use a self-made rack to support rebar when bending more than one piece at one time to the rebar is long.
# Set a ruler on the table to save measuring time.
# The max bending quantity of rebar at one time under different rotate speeds(see Attached Table)

(1) Above listed rotate speed and bending number only apply to material strength not exceed 450Mpa. If material strength changes, rebar bending numbers will be changed accordingly.

(2) During the gear running-in period(≤300h), the bending numbers should be one piece less than the numbers listed in the chart. The max bending number for 32mm is one piece.
