Our sectional type heating curing process is divided in four stages , preheat zone , heating zone , high temperature zone , which makes internal molecular structure of slabs generate chemical reaction , and avoids dark lines and crack on slabs caused by suddenly heating or cooling .

4 . Unique fasten and cooling process

After heating curing process , we will fasten the hot slabs in iron stands and let the slabs fully cooling , which makes our quartz slabs become more flat and straight than other factories’ , whom just let the slabs lean on iron stands and cooling .
