SRL-Z500/1000 PVC powder hot-cool mixer machine capacity 400-600KG/H
? SRL-Z series mixed unit is applicable for mixture, coloring and drying of various resin such as polyethylene, polypropylene, polyvinyl, chloride etc. and in the process of drying and volatilization of engineering plastic such as ABS, polycarbonate etc. before forming and processing as well as in the mixture of phenolic resin. This unit combines heat mix and cool mix together the materials after heat mix can get into cool mix for cooling automatically, exhausts remaining gasses avoids agglomerates.

PVC powder mixer features & function:
1) It is used in mixing, drying, coloring and other processing. It is the most ideal equipment for producing shaped plastic material and plastics pipes.

2) The technology of the main shaft sealed apparatus has got the state patent and it has two functions of electric and steam heating.
3) Two layers of sealing technology is adopted in the pot cover. The opening of the heating mixed cover adopted the airopening device and the opening of the cooling mixed cover adopted hydraulic pressure control system.
4) The electric control section with the programmable logic control adopted wellknown imported meters and control components.
5) It is equipped with the pulse dust-cleaning recovery device.
6) The blades have been passed the test of the dynamic and static balance testing machine.
