RED, Heavy duty, flexible and non stick silicone baking sheet / tray liner. Ideal for baking biscuits, cooking meat / and fish / etc on. Use in place of greaseproof paper or foil on your baking tray. Roll your dough / icing on it. Put it on the base of a swiss roll tin and once sponge has cooked and cooled, use it for rolling up. Revamp those jaded old baking trays. In some of the pictures, you will see some double chocolate rum and raising truffle logs. I put them to set on normal baking parchment and they were so fragile they broke trying to get them off.
