Programmable Dosing Controls

The Mahlkonig K30 Vario allows the barista to program a set grind time for both a single and a double shot. This can be programmed to the tenth of a second. The electronic control panel also can keep record of shots of single and double ground per day as well as total times ground.
Stop and Restart Grinding

The dosing of either the single or the double shot begins when the barista pushes the portafilter into the back button under the dosing chamber. If the barista wishes to pause to settle the grounds in the portafilter they can. The K30 Vario will remember the time remaining when you remove the portafilter and resume grinding when you push the portafilter back against the dosing button.

Each portion is ground individually into the port-a-filter for minimal coffee waste.
