Brief Description
MC Scraper Conveyor is the equipment which can transport bulk materials by means of moving chains continuously with long distance in closed rectangular casing. It can transports materials either vertically or on a steep inclination, the installation angle can divides into five optional angles: 90°, 75°, 60°, 45°and 30°. The lifting height of a single conveyor is 30m while the maximum height can reach 40m.
It is widely used in coal, grain, chemical, metallurgy, mining, machinery, electric power, building material, transportation, environmental protection industries.

Working Principle
The pressure to the materials which comes from chains in conveying direction and the action which comes from the materials themselves cause internal friction. This friction ensures the stable situation between material layers, and it can overcome external frictional resistance which caused by moving materials in the trough and make materials transport as constant and integral flow.
