Description
Brief Description
TDG type bucket elevator adopts EP belt or steel belt as its traction component. The common belt used in bucket elevator is able to lift material whose temperature is less than 80℃，while the heat-resistant belt can convey material under 120℃
THG Efficient Bucket Elevator uses high strength ring chain as its traction component with the maximum temperature of material can reach 250℃.
It is widely used in metallurgy, chemical industry, building materials, mine, grain and vegetable oil, food, fodder, plastic and medicine, etc.

Working Principle
When powered on, the driving device drives head pulley to make the bucket belt do the circular motion from bottom to top. The bucket is filled with material and conveyed to the head terminal, and then the material is thrown from the outlet under the action of centrifugal force according to the parabolic design. After discharging, the empty bucket is conveyed back to the foot and is filled up again, and then the bucket is lifted to the specified height just like before.
