Description
CTB(S,N) Wet Drum Permanent Magnetic Separator in pioneers is suitable for concentrating magnetic materials from non-magnetic materials by the difference of mineral magnetic coefficient and the machine magnetic system and mechanical drive.
CTS magnetic separator is downstream type magnetic separators, CTN model is called counter-current type magnetic separator and CTB model is normally named as semi-countercurrent type magnetic separator.
Different usage of CTS、CTN、CTB type wet magnetic separator
① If both the grade and recovery rate of magnetic minerals shall be taken into account, CTB model semi-countercurrent magnetic separators might be more appropriate,its feed size: 0-2 mm.
② During wet magnetic separation, to get pure magnetic minerals, CTN model counter-current magnetic separators are usually selected. In such case, the recovery ratio of magnetic minerals might be reduced.CTN anti paramagnetic machine can accept only 0-0.6 mm fine particles.
③ If the magnetic minerals are required to be recycled to the largest extent, CTS model downstream magnetic separators shall be selected. In this case, the grade of magnetic minerals might be reduced.CTS series paramagnetic drum can process large grain size range 0-6 mm.
