Automatic PVDC cling film rewinding machine is an very new designed model for specially rewinding the PVDC cling film which is new trend for food wrap industry.
Our machine is with the CKD flying knife system made from Japan to ensure the good
cut off for the end of PVDC film roll.
Machine is high speed,good film attachment for starting the rewinding,fully automatic
production controlled by PLC program,HMI ergonomics LCD for user friendly.Speed
adjustment by inverter controller motor for free setting.The length counting is very accurate.
The advantage of the PVDC cling film is following:
1. Do not contain any toxic substances,use more at ease
2. High moisturizing effect
3. Toughness is moderate,good to tear cut
4. Can be used in the microwave
