Characteristics of rtv2 silicone / silicon for encapsulating LED display/electronic-pouring :

Application of rtv2 silicone / silicon for encapsulating LED display/electronic-pouring :
l Can be widely used for any electrical components and equipments’ potting,splicing,fixed position sealing and water proof
l For the heat dissipation of electronic component.
l For the heat dissipation of power source.
Technical guidelines of rtv2 silicone / silicon for encapsulating LED display/electronic-pouring :
1. Pls put part A and part B in separate container and stir evenly before mixing the two part together.
2. Weight Ratio: part A: part B = 10:1
3. Deaeration the mixture under 0.08 MPa for 3 minutes.
4. The temperature influences the curing time of electronic potting silicone rubber.
5. When in too low temperature, we suggest customers appropriately heat the mixture to accelerate vulcanization.
