Description
1. The TFKH-1200 sunflower seeds shelling and separating equipment adopts the unique double shelling machines and takes use of digital variable frequency technology to control the machines accordingly.
2. This equipment owns the special wind-recycling system, which helps the unshelled seeds into the following shelling machine for hulling again so that it saves labor and time and improves the shelling efficiency at the most extent.
3. This shelling and separating equipment has the quality of high shelling rate, few broken kernels, high automatic degree, and easy operation and maintenance.
4. This equipment consists of the following nine machines: Hopper, Material Hoist, Muti-functional Impurities Remover, Bucket Elevator, Hulling Machines(2 sets), Separating Machines (3 sets), Wind-recycling Unshelled Materials System, Kernels Container and Controller Cabinet.
5. Working Process
Feeding materials → Lifting materials → Impurities removing → Shelling seeds → Separating husks and kernels → Checking the kernels → Recycling the unshelled seeds → Shelling the unshelled seeds again → Pure Sunflower kernels
