Many times suppliers require large minimum orders, in order to make the job "cost effective". This makes it truly impossible for you to develop the parts you need. But at MP-Mfg, we are always trying to stand behind you, so there is no job too small in our mind, but only a long-term partnership. We are adopting many ways to lower your set up cost on the product development, such as prototype tooling, tooling with different interchangeable inserts, family molds etc, which can help you save lots of tooling cost.
In addition, we have 6 inection machines range from 80Ton to 310Ton which are mainly used in short run molding, along with in house secondary operation after molding like paiting, silk-inking, which can help you obtain the real finish products even in short run production.
