CL-24S-2P Base coating primer
Silicone with Metal adhesive

High temperature curing adhesives for Peroxide curing silicone rubber or fluorinated silicone rubber with metal (carbon steel , stainless steel ,aluminum,copper, Galvanized parts,Nickel plating pieces)

Feature:
1,High adhesion performance for all types of the silicone rubber,including the material need or no need to vulcanize again.
2, One component ,single coating sheet . Simple craftmanship
3. It can be worked at a severe rugged environment and resisted with water,salty,chemicals, oil, and solvent.

Appearance : Clear liquid or shallow yellow

Solvent:Blended solvent
Shelf life:8month (keep the cap sealed in room temperature)

Method of Application:
1. Surface treatment:Degreasing the raw material with blast sanding,polishing or washed with industrial alcohol,
2. Gluing: Brush painting/coating, dipping or spray painting/coating.
3. Drying condition: Dry and room temp for 5min.(without baking) or at high temperature 180C for 5-15minutes
4. After treatment: Adhesive bonding asap after glued at the same day. Avoid .five-day preservation when kept away from pollution and high temperature moisture air.
5. Vulcanizing: The adhesive can be cured accordance with itself curing condition on first step and the temperature max. at 250°C (300°F) for 5~15 minutes on the second step of curing.

Notes:
1. To be kept at cool and dry place, far away from the heat and open flame.
2. Please capped its own cover immediately after using,so that avoiding volatilization.
3. Less contact and irritate nose and throat in one ventilation and fire protection area.
4. Lightly cloudy won& acute;t affect the performance.
