Cell site telecom tower on a power transmission monopole
Cell site telecom tower often refer to monopole tower, but it installed on one power transmission pole. Then both telecom and transmission function used on one pole body. cell site often adopt GSM or panel antenna to absorb or radiate network.
MEGATRO mainly provide fabrication and design of this cell site monopole telecom & transmission tower for our overseas clients. This type structure foundation adopt anchor bolts connect with structure base plate and stub legs. Structure foundation belongs to precast concrete foundation with template and anchor bolts underground. And this structure was made of hollow pipe, which can be quickly deployed with minimal hardware and labor, factory drilled to customer specifications or modified in the field, if required, using a carbide-tip bit. In general, this type of pole fabricated with mild steel or high strength steel, such as ASTM A36, ASTM A572 GR50, GR65, Q235B, Q345B, S355JO, S355JR, ST37, ST52, BS 50B or other.
