It is especially suitable for roughing and finishing, in mass production, spiral bevel gear pairs used in the light-duty vehicles, auto rickshaws and quad bikes.

The YK2232 CNC spiral bevel gear generator is a general-purpose machine for roughing and finishing the gears and pinions.
The YK2232A CNC spiral bevel gear generator is a version with a cutter tilt mechanism. It is not only used for cutting the Formate pinions but also for the “cutter tilt modifications” of the tooth bearings. It’s preferable to be used in companion with the YKW2932 CNC spiral bevel gear finisher.
The YKW2932 CNC spiral bevel gear finisher is mainly used to cut ring gears high-efficiently with the Formate method, and at the same time this machine can be changed into a universal spiral bevel gear generator.
