Introduction

1) The linear filling machine for oil tin cans is widely used in the food, cosmetic, pharmaceutical, oil and other industries, is specially made for all high and low viscosity materials, such as oil, shampoo, lotion, cream, paste, peanut butter, honey, oil, juice, water etc.

2) The machine adopts piston pump for filling materials. By adjusting the filling time by touch screen, it can fill all of the bottles/ cans in one filling machine, with quick speed and high precision.

2)?The machine adopts full-auto PLC and human-computer touch screen control system. For different volumes adjustment, we set several procedures, mode 1, mode 2, mode 3 and so on. Operators do not need too much complicated adjustments, the filling machine can switch between the three models easily.

3) The type of machine takes great advantage of the advanced Mechanic & Electronics technology .Change the packing specifications by altering parameter in the touch screen, not only all the filling heads can be regulated, but also each filling head can be regulated respectively.

1.?Warranty time: All machines are guaranteed for one year free ,If equipment breaks down due to quality issue, supplier offers free spare parts for replacement(Except for human error). On-site service also provided after consultation of both parties.

2. Installation & training: The seller can send the engineer to the buyer site to install and debug the system, and also provides training. However the buyer should be responsible for engineer’s round air tickets, visa, meals, accommodation and safety, and also pay USD 80 per day to engineer as the salary.
