22W 4 ft T8 LED Tube Light Fixture comes with better aluminum housing and strong transparent cover. The circuit and power inside is precisely designed to avoid shot circuit and burnout, the LEDs we always use Epistar encapsulated by Everlight, or according to customers requirement, other LEDs can be adapted.

Special design of end-cap
Design of removable end-cap provides simple replacement of transformer by removing the caps easily. Different from other tubes which fasten the end-cap by glue, this new design enables customers to replace the defect parts in the tube easily and quickly.

Perfect design to avoid led failure in series
22W 4 ft T8 LED Tube Light Fixture is designed to make all LEDs in the tube work independently. That is to say, if one led fails, no impact on other LEDs. However, most led tubes in the market designed with at least 7 LEDs in one series. If one led fails, all other 6 LEDs or even more will stop working, causing the whole tube too dark to be used.

Top quality PC cover
Clear, stripe and milky covers are optional. For milky cover, no light spot on the cover can be seen, no dark area at the edge of the cover, giving higher beam angle and higher optic uniformity. Light effect is very comfortable to human’s eyes, the same as traditional fluorescent light, rendering the actual color of objects. We realized 100% perfect replacement.

Great Lighting source
The LEDs are of high quality and bigger size and higher efficiency (7-8lm/pcs), which are supplied by Everlight, one of the most famous encapsulation plants for Epistar LED chips. It can resist higher anti-static voltage and distribute more light. Failure rate is very small comparing with other lighting sources. Saving more power and low maintenance cost, help

Low light attenuation
22W 4 ft T8 LED Tube Light Fixture adopts new technology, less than 3% in 1000hrs, however, the traditional attenuation of white color at least 30%.
Super quality inner driver
We have our own LED driver factory with the history over 10years. The driver we researched for our tube is double isolated and high PF≥93%, high power efficiency over 80%. Isolation and none-isolation are both available, depends on different application requirement.

High safety performance
We have double isolation from our driver. For the most important part in the driver, electrolytic capacitor, we are always adopting Rubycon or Capxon, top ones in Japan and Taiwan. Not like many other plants in China, using low quality electrolytic capacitor, which will get dry easily, largely decrease the lifespan of drivers. There are fuses on tubes, which can protect the driver as well as the LEDs upon any shortcut occurs. Our tubes are CE, RoHS, SAA and Ctick approval.
