These Abu Garcia rods have Nano Technology which provides 2.5 times the impact resistance of standard graphite rods. This new technology prevents microscopic nicks and dings that would cause other rods to snap. The 30 ton graphite with the Nano Technology allows for these rods to be much more lightweight. This technology also allows for increased impact resistance. This makes the Abu Garcia Volatile Inshore Spinning Rods durable and more reliable.
