Composed of an outer ring drawn from a thin steel plate by precision drawing, needle rollers and a cage assembled in the outer ring after the raceway surface thereof was hardened
With smallest section height and hence space-saving
Designed so as to use a shaft as the direct raceway surface without using inner ring
Requires no snap ring to fix itself in axial direction
Easy to handle
Applied shaft diameter: 4 to 60mm
Series:
HK (open end, standard series), L (single-side sealed)/ LL (double-side sealed), single-row and double-row (ZWD) types are available
HMK (open end, heavy load series), L/LL, single-row and double-row types are available
BK (closed end, standard series), L/LL, single-row and double-row types are available
DCL (inch series), HCK (for universal joints) are available
Material: The surface of the raceway is harden to HRC 58 to 64
Cage: Resin or welded
