Description
This machine is normally used to produceTPE cable material granulator / LSFH /chloridize polythene /function masterbatch raw material,It consists of main body ,conical feeder die face cutting system etc.put the mixed material into the feeding inlet.After being pushed in by two shafts,the material is extruded by a screw .the granules is which being cut is the final product,this machine is easy to operate.
Forcing feeder machine
Forcing feeder machine is one of the vital parts over the production line of kneader and extruder.
The material through compounding in the kneader comes out in lumps form .And the forcing feeder can smoothly feed the lumps into the extruder and then extruder can further operating compound and plastication.
Conical twin screw force feeder
The variable speed regulation with the AC frequency control technology or the speed regulation technology is used for the extruder.
It has the welded feeding barrel of jacket type where cooling water or hot oil/hot water /steam can be lead through to control the temperature and meet the technological requirement for different kinds of stock.
The working surfaceof all parts in contact with stock are plated with hard chrome to resist abrasion and corrosion
The double conical screws for feeding are of the tapered convergent type with variable pitch,which raises the extruding
Capacity meanwhile ,the flat die head improves th extrusion density and planeness.
