Suspension spring
Our company is mainly producing the concussion spring including the rubber spring and the composite spring suitable for various fields.
Suspension spring: suspension spring is rigid and flexible. It is the elastic anti-vibration device converting the kinetic energy into the heat energy and then lost. It can be used in the vibrating equipment, power car, car and so on.
Comparing with the steel spring it has the obvious strong points of good stability, low noise, efficient vibration isolation and long lifetime. There are two kinds of concussion spring, one is rubber spring and the other is the composite spring.
Rubber spring: It is a kind of polymeric elastomer with efficient anti-vibration, small resonance region, long service life, low cost and good cold tolerance, air tightness, waterproof, electrical insulativity, and it is the best choice for reducing vibration.
Composite spring: it is a kind of cylinder elastomer compounding metal coil spring and rubber. This product is better than metal spring for its good anti-corrosive property, long lifetime and comparing with other spring, it is with efficient anti-vibration and buffering.
