UPVC Pipe Extrusion Line
PVC pipe extrusion line is applicable to produce water pipe and drain pipe for agriculture and construction, underground installation pipe for wire and cable. as well as various kind of diameter and wall thickness pipes. the line could be provided by conical(parallel option) twin screw extruder、vacuum sizing tank、haul-off、cutter、stacker etc.
Adopting vacuum calibrating and spray cooling baths, accurate calibration, fast cooling, the baths are made of stainless steel.
Adopting two caterpillars haul-off unit with speed adjusted by inverters.
