Description

Introduction to products:
rtv lliquid silicone rubber is a silicone molding material, suitable for injection molding process of a two-component, high transparent, high strength and high tear liquid silicone rubber. A two-component is composed of two components A and B agent, is A kind of liquid flow, no matter what color, in fact the quality is constant temperature curing and heat curing.


Characteristic:
1. Have good liquidity, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and high tensile and tear strength, small shrinkage rate, higher rolling over time.
2.Low shrinkage rate, not emit low molecular crosslinking process, so the volume, shrinkage rate is less than 0.1%.
3.Without being limited by the product thickness, depth of curing.
4.This product has excellent resistance to high temperature, the temperature can reach 120-120 degrees.
5.Food grade, avirulent insipidity, through the FDA food grade certification and ROHS testing.
6.Liquidity is good, easy perfusion; Can room temperature curing and heat curing, easy to operate.


Operation guides and precautions:
1.A, B two weight 1:1 mixing, after vacuum deaeration water. At room temperature (28 degrees) 30 minutes of operation time, 4-5 hours curing completely; Heat up 60-120 degrees, can be completely cured at dozens of minutes.
2.And used while operating separate containers, condensation type silicone with unused room temperature silicone tool operation the silica gel.


Note:
rtv lliquid silicone rubber viscosity, operating time, after curing, hardness and color can be adjusted with the customer requirements.



Packaging & Storage:
A/B series standard packing is 1 kg / 5 kg / 20 kg / 25 kg / 200 kg/barrel.
