Wet-process PU resin for synthetic leather
Description
HX- MS030 is wet-process resin for nubuck leather, it is of good film thickness and curling proof-ness , and of excellent hue of color and touch of surface, applied for producing of shoe upper leather, garment leather, etc..
B. Direction for use
Add suitable quantity of DMF to dilute it according to different working equipment and conditions, and pigment, surfactant, etc if needed, oily pigment is better. Keep baking oven temperature below 1300C.
C. Attention
a. Different process formulas influence coagulation time, thickness and dip-washing effect of the product, please make experiment before massive use.
b. Keep it indoors, prevent sunlight, rain, and seal it in drums after use.
D. Package
200kg iron drum.
