Description

A galvanized colorized steel sheet to protect conveyor belt, materials, and machine parts from wind, rain, snow, and dust. Also known as belt conveyor hood or conveyor rainproof cover. Of two types which are fixed-closed type and open type. Customizable colours according to clients’ preferences. Available in various width according to the conveyor belt being covered. Designed to provide easy access for maintenance.

Working Principle
Conveyor steel sheets are assembled by overlaying each sheet on top of another sheet along the angled steel rail. These sheets are then secured by rivets. For the openable conveyor cover type, the steel sheet is installed with a hinge on one side and lock-catch on another side.
