Description

- Introduction

ZG Vibrating Feeder is a linear vibrating equipment which is used to convey kinds of materials such as block, granule, and powder uniformly and continuously. It can feed material on belt conveyor, vibrating conveyor, bucket elevator, vibrating screen, crusher and etc. This vibrating feeder consists of vibrating frame, damping device, vibrator, motor vibrating device and motor. ZS Vibrating Feeder works based on two eccentric shafts rotating to produce linear huge power which forces the feeder to vibrate. Through the vibration, the materials will slip and sling on the funnel, moving forward. When the materials pass through the screen, small particles will fall down to avoid further crushing, therefore screening process comes in.
